If you find a dead plant in your shipment, do not remove it from its plastic packaging. Take a picture of it, send it to JacobsAquariumCustomerService@Gmail.com no later then 12 hours after your shipment has arrived and once your claim is accepted, a refund will be issued back to your method of payment. Please be sure to include your full name and order number.
